Packaging Lead - Full time
Our production team is searching for a leader with experience in the craft beverage space. The Lead will oversee all aspects of cider packaging, inventory, tracking, quality control, and warehousing. This individual will take charge of our quickly growing packaging operation and establish systems that ensure safe, efficient and quality production of packaged goods.
Responsibilities

Operate depalletizer, canning machine, labeler and tunnel pasteurizer

Perform routine maintenance

Troubleshoot and implement repairs

Perform quality control on all packaged product

Track packaging and product inventory and order as needed

Keep records and track batches
-
Manage packaging team
-
Safely manage warehouse

Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment
Must have
-
Previous experience in canning or bottling alcohol

Forklift experience and/or willingness to become certified

Impeccable attention to detail and safety
Nice to have

Management experience

Cider or wine experience

Experience in a packaging environment responsible for more than 50,000 CE’s annually
